Responsibilities:
1.Oversee the development and delivery of strategy projects to support the timely implementation of priority reform initiatives.
2.Provide direction to ensure the development and implementation of initiatives in line with priorities to meet objectives and policy directions
3.Plan, monitor, evaluate, and supervise high-priority strategic initiatives, lead internal collaboration with senior members of the Ministry, as well as lead strategic, cross-sector collaboration to advance agency priorities.
4.Oversee the initiative s budget development and planning by determining resource allocation and levels of services based on priorities, goals, and outcomes.
5.Ensure adherence to policies, government rules and regulations for business activities.
6.Direct and prepare a wide variety of statistical, fiscal, and operational reports and studies
7.Provide expertise on licensing issuance, industry trends, emerging issues, compliance regulations and laws
8.Review policies and procedures and associated risk for commercial licensing laws and regulations.
9.Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to address planning and delivery efforts for improving commercial licensing.

Holder of a bachelor s degree from an accredited college or university with major course work in business law, public policy or a related field. An MBA is a desired. Professional qualifications are a distinct advantage.Minimum of 10 years of professional industry with a track record for delivering strategic initiatives.
