الوصف الوظيفي 1. Handles selling, issuing and reissuing tickets, MCOs, Hotel Vouchers and other travel documents. 2. Participates in giving fare quotations of itineraries and provide the required travel information. 3. Makes bookings and gives flight information. 4. Makes contact to booked clients and advise on flight changes if there is any. 5. Handles checking of visa, health and immigration requirements. 6. Keeps records of passenger sales. 7. Prepares TARS. 8. Deposits sales funds with company Cashier or in authorized bank. 9. Gives suggestions to supervisor ways to improve services. 10. Prepares refund application forms for processing refunds and after securing the necessary approval. 11. Checks and handles incoming and outgoing Paxs, Baggage and Airfreight in accordance with prescribed policies and procedures. 12. Ensures that passengers, cargo, and mail are received and properly ticketed, billed and handled and that the necessary records and reports are prepared. 13. Participates in a variety of duties at an airport in handling passengers, cargo and mail. 14. Checks passengers at the counter, issues and re-issues tickets, issue ticket for excess baggage, and prepare passenger manifests. 15. Receives and books cargo, prepares cargo manifests and air waybills, and traces cargo shipments. 16. Makes telephone sales. 17. Makes flight clearances. 18. Handles incoming and outgoing Paxs, Baggage and Airfreight in accordance with prescribed policies and procedures. 19. Prepares ticket lift envelopes, flight files sales and other reports and required records. 20. Handles the boarding and disembarkation of passengers and the loading and unloading of baggage and cargo. 21. Maintains competency on the basis of continued education and training to satisfy required technical competency for the position. 22. Adheres consistently to the airline safety and security policy and procedures through identification and mitigation of operational hazards and related safety & security risks and implements all precautionary actions / measures / processes; conduct work activity safety planning before work begins, during the actual work as conditions change, debriefing and hand over activities at the end of the work and shifting to other work when emergent work is encountered; make safety a priority and participate in safety briefings and meetings and take part in implementing safety initiatives, regularly perform safety inspections of work activities, facilities, equipment and vehicles and immediately quit and report to supervisors/co- workers/concerned safety office if unanticipated hazardous or unsafe conditions are encountered. المهارات Job-related experience in customer services. تفاصيل الوظيفة https://www.bayt.com/ar/saudi-arabia/jobs/customer-service-agent-4467941/ |
