Etmam Logistic - Warehouse Manager (in Riyadh)

الوصف الوظيفي
Maintains receiving, warehousing, picking and dispatch operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing operational procedures
Safeguards warehouse operations and contents by establishing and monitoring security procedures
Controls inventory levels by conducting physical and cycle counts; reconciling with data storage system
Maintains physical condition of warehouse by planning and implementing new storage layouts, inspecting equipment and requesting repairs
Completes warehouse operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results
Maintains warehouse staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees
Maintains warehouse staff job results by coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
Ensures the internal and external client requirements are met in keeping with service level agreement obligations
Ensures effective resource utilization and cost management
Provides adequate Root Cause Analysis for warehouse incidents\accidents eliminated causes and follows up on submitting insurance claims
Reviews reports and audits all facilities periodically to ensure safety, health, security and sanitation guidelines are met
Responsible for KPI monitoring and performance management
Coordinates with various departments within the organization to fulfill the requirements
Any other related duties / projects assigned by the direct supervisor from time to time
Principal Accountabilities:
Ensures that management directives are executed within reasonable time frames and oversees implementation of new processes
Periodically reviews internal working processes and propose changes to meet and exceed the service level agreement obligations
Escalates technological applications requirements and constraints to the Management
Ensures company policies are communicated, applied and enforced (i.e. accounting, operational, safety, regulatory and administrative).

Excellent Knowledge of ERP & WMS systems
Literate on MS Office
Good Communication Skill both Verbal And Written
Leadership Skill
