Procurement Engineer

الوصف الوظيفي
- Initiates and open all the P.O.s for the Metro, trains, and the railway project when it comes to the spare

- Prepare business proposals and presentations.

- Submit P.O.s for all Metro, trains, and the railway project purchase requirements.

- Provide the Supply Chain Manager with direction to enhance the operation and improve cost efficiencies.

- Assist in evaluation of new methods, products and/or equipment which, will improve Metro, trains, and the railway project reliability and/or reduce maintenance cost, or improve equipment performance on safety.

- Assist in Preparing the department annual capital, expenses and budgets.

- Negotiate terms with suppliers such as price, quality of goods, deadlines, expectations, etc.

- Liaise with suppliers and project managers regarding updates and details of goods.

المهارات
Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management or IE Engineering, logistics, or business administration

At least 3 years of experience as a procurement specialist

Impeccable negotiation and problem‐solving skills

Able to travel to meet vendors and suppliers, as necessary.

Very good in English reading and writing, experience, good in IT and customer services
