ob Purpose:
To supervise the delivery of integration solutions activities and ensure the scalability of integration middleware operations are aligned with operational requirements of Tabadul products and services and SLAs.
Key Responsibilities
Functional
Strategic Planning
Supervise the design and development of efficient and scalable integration middleware for both FASAH and NEBRAS service solutions
Provide data and reports to the Director periodically and highlight areas of improvement in order to support in decision making and operational excellence
Periodically report on performance results, identify performance gaps and ramifications, and recommend corrective actions that mitigate the risk in order to minimize operational interruptions and ensure timeliness of objective and target achievement
Integration
Manage the design and development of ESB/SOA/BPM middleware layers using relevant tools that will facilitate the seamless integration and interoperability of FASAH and NEBRAS solutions
Oversee discussions with the business and technical teams to understand integration requirements.
Suggest innovative solutions to business problems/ processes that leverage technology to provide customer value, and performance improvements.
Oversee the alignment with other technical team leaders such as architects, testing, and analysts in order to accomplish business goals.
Manage the testing of integration middleware to ensure key capabilities, especially the integration of different “best of breed” systems and third party applications requiring specialization are reflected
Supervise scheduled monitoring and systematic oversight of integrated “best of breed” systems and third party applications
Drive the implementation and management of the integration software (application and data) in order to ensure smoothness of integration and, if necessary, provide remedial action
Supervise the delivery of external enterprise integration support to clients and end-users in coordination with the Product Support Department
Formulate compatible integration components for simple future utilization in the application landscape
Required Qualifications
Academic Qualifications and Professional Experience:
Minimum of a Diploma is required
Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or any relevant field is preferable
A Master’s degree in Computer Science or any relevant field is preferable
Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in application integration is needed
