A global multinational client with their headquarters in Riyadh is hiring a Specialist Applications (Programmer ASP.NET) to provide timely updates on all time sheets and coordinate with the operations team.

Coordinate with concerned departments for daily data pulling and reporting status kept at Data warehouses.
Create new business rules and SLA in helpdesk as per department requirements.
Ecommerce updates testing and release Management.
Skilled in the development and execution of project work plans.
Produce reports for escalation if SLA/Assigned KPIs is getting affected to ensure the resolution is completed in a timely manner.
Complete lifecycle systems design, analysis, and testing procedures.
Customer oriented approach and working knowledge of help desk, and answering queries.
Thorough knowledge of stores shifts and related activities of shift plans.
المهارات
Demonstrate knowledge and skill in the complex coding of a variety of computer programming language(s) (C#,.NET, ASP.NET and ADO,NET).
Proficient in software development methodologies (waterfall, agile), as well as JavaScript; jQuery and style sheets.
Broad knowledge of web technologies, including HTML, XML, .NET framework and relating operating systems relevant to the environment being used by the agency.
Experienced in SQL 2008 and above, relational database structures.
Conversant in Object Oriented Terminology and Techniques, Visual Studio, Web Services, Team Foundation Server, Workflow and Microsoft Office Suite.
Having knowledge of applications usage.
Knowledge of Microsoft office.
Excel will be an added advantage.
