Managing and development of People team, providing role-specific training and 1 on 1 coaching.
Design and drive the implementation of the people strategy and priorities for each city and ensure it is aligned to the business objectives.
Provide expertise in the following areas: career planning, performance management, Benefits and Compensation, employee relations, learning and development, risk management, and legal compliance.
Create world class employee on-boarding and exit processes, ensuring consistent practices are reflected in all offices to provide a seamless employee experience across the organization.
Manage and execute KSA team payroll. Oversee smooth running of payroll working with external and internal stakeholders.
Assist with execution of bi annual performance reviews, 360 appraisal cycle for Saudi team, ensuring all relevant teams are fully proficient with use of any People systems and tools, as well as the processes.
Work with internal stakeholders to identify trends in both qualitative and quantitative data from various surveys to help improve organizational health, enabling smart and informed decisions to be made.
Work closely with finance team to understand people costs and budget where necessary, ensuring optimal ways of working and information is shared in the most efficient way.
Responsible for all advanced and complex Governmental Affairs & People Relation Management activities with the local Authorities and Governmental representatives.
Ensure our mission and culture serves as the foundation for all People systems and infrastructure. You are responsible for building and facilitating the culture-building process across our teams.
المهارات
Working knowledge of key HR disciplines including performance and talent management, compensation and benefits, recruitment and Saudi Labor Law.
Hands on experience of 360 recruitment of Bulk and individual hiring.
Strong ability to interact comfortably with employees at every level of the organization.
You have excellent people management skills.
Ability to manage the inevitable ups and downs, serving as a trusted advisor to the Leadership.
Analytical approach to People strategies and goal oriented.
Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, preferably with a HR focus
