Implement the plans for areas for improvement in all activities in the plant
Follow up implementation of the suggested improvements and make the proper evaluation
Implement safety and environment regulations
Attending performance meetings
Ensure the proper implementation of department’s budget
Monitor performance of all equipment and activities to help organization with all employees understand the company’s objectives
Ensure that all figures and information are properly discussed with all concerned departments’ related staff in order to take the necessary measurement
Help to continuously update plans
Follow up all up-to-date technologies and are well taken care of
Share best practices, tools, materials, and all related activities for performance improvement
Follow up and ensure the implementation of all KPIs for the different departments
Study all critical problems, make the necessary calculations and recommend to his superior
Lead initiatives for introducing / maintaining best practices, including bench-marking relevant policies and practices with similar organizations
