Act as a trusted advisor to our company senior leadership and line of business to develop HR strategy and provide strong HR deliveries to enable business success. Collaborates effectively with Group to implement our company human capital practices and strategic people initiatives.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
To set up a full HR and Administrative function for our new business entity
Contribute to defining HR policies and procedures that support organizations and businesses and people to support business and organizational goals.
Lead organization design and manpower planning to determine the right number and talent to fulfill existing and future needs, ensuring vacancies and filled in a timely manner.
Develop and administer compensation and benefits programs.
Devise initiatives to drive employee engagement and wellness.
Put in place a succession plan and develop plans to ensure that our people’s skills and competencies are consistently upgraded to deliver strong service and solutions to our clients
Provide support to line managers in employee relations
Stay up-to-date and comply with changes in labor legislation & provide advice to management to ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
المهارات
Bachelor’s Degree in any field of study
Minimum (6) years of working experience in HR
Excellent communication and stakeholder management
Able to work independently and has good problem-solving skills
Solid understanding of labor legislation and Saudization
Good proficiency in English and Arabic
