Defines TAP PMO reporting templates and overall data requirements (in alignment with TAP PMO Manager and within EPMO requirements) so that they are visually compelling, easy to follow, and have all the necessary information for informed decision-making.
Runs the entire TAP PMO reporting governance:
Calls for reports submissions and receives the reports
Analyzes the reports from project/PMO teams to verify reporting accuracy and compliance with applicable procedures (including formats, quality of the information, etc.). Provides feedback and guidance to the project teams to improve their reporting
Prepares regular and ad-hoc reports of the TAP PMO to EPMO or Performance dept.
Liaises with all providers of data to ensure regular, timely, relevant, and quality-assured information and report materials
Aligns reporting deadlines and drives accountability between with project teams
Researches, compiles, analyzes, and interprets collected data and reports from project teams to make appropriate and timely notifications to TAP PMO Manager
Reviews collected data and reports from all projects and identifies information gaps and future collection requirements. Coordinates any required adjustment of reporting methods and procedures to improve on report contents and completeness of information
Delivers the TAP PMO performance management (KPIs) and reporting process:
Co-establishes project KPIs and performance targets in-line with approved Charter (together with Project Manager)
Cascade KPIs, aligns with EPMO and Performance dept. on structure and gathers approvals from Project Sponsor
Establishes clear KPIs responsibility and sets-up reporting from simple to more complex KPIs
Reviews and challenge project reports and identifies changes versus baselines and compliance with scope, schedule, budget, quality
Identifies and address performance enhancement opportunities (scope, schedule, budget, quality) and incorporates them in project reporting
In case project KPIs not achieved, and after agreement, develops plan to achieve the targets (might require a change request)
Endorses project performance, provide guidance (PMO to team, PM to team)
Suggests improvements to the TAP PMO reporting process and associated IT systems, tools and templates (e.g. by proposing new KPIs, finetuning KPI definition, automation of KPI calculation, improvements of reporting visuals, etc.)
Promotes ‘safety first’ policy and ensure inclusion of high HSE standards in project reporting in compliance with relevant HSE procedures
Keeps abreast of regional and international trends to identify best practices that may be adapted for use in PMO to improve performance
المهارات
Bachelor’s degree in engineering (any discipline), preferably in mechanical, electrical, civil or construction
Certified project management professional (PMP or PRINCE2)
2 -5 years in management position
5 years of experience in consolidating data, tracking KPIs and writing reports in a PMO organization
5 years of project support experience for operations and maintenance projects, incl. understanding of project KPIs delivery
