Experiment with new, creative ways to reach corporate employees with the news and the information they care about and drive their engagement in prioritized company initiatives.
Manage internal communications output.
Execute steps within a certain time frame.
Work with marketing to publish timely company information, such as memos and company directives.
Measure and present results of communication efforts.
Adjust communication plan as needed.
Support ideas in brainstorming sessions
Ensures all communications and digital content aligns with our brand’s identity and message.
Ensure consistent framing of messages.
Publish videos and photography on company websites and blogs.
Edit and revise content as necessary.
Ensure workers are engaged in company initiatives.
Edit, design, and print internal publications.
المهارات
Bachelor’s degree in a related field (such as media, social sciences, public relations, business administration, marketing)
Familiarity with a wide variety of communication channels, techniques, and emerging technologies, with a natural curiosity that leads to continuous improvement.
Verbal communication skills, with an ability to persuade and motivate action.
Collaborative team player with the ability to develop communications solutions.
Demonstrated the ability to work in a dynamic, deadline-driven, innovative organization with a variety of internal and external stakeholders and have a record of generating results.
Ability to deal with ambiguity and work well under pressure with employees at all levels.
Comprehensive understanding of all aspects related to effective, strategic communication with an emphasis on nuanced messaging, writing, and printing.
