Job Summary:
Use customer and trend research to create strategies that will change how people perceive the brand. This can involve overseeing advertising, design and events.
Responsible for making sure that branding is consistent across advertising and campaigns.
Responsible for ensuring that the products, services, fall under their brand resonate with current and potential customers.
Work to ensure that a brand remains recognizable, up to date and exciting to customers. plan ways to promote – and change the public perception of – brands.
Developing strategies and managing marketing campaigns across print, broadcast and online platforms to ensure that products and services meet customers’ expectations and to build the credibility of brands
Responsible for providing direction, guidance and leadership to a marketing department. They typically manage marketing of a business, organization, particular product or group of products
will be in charge of leading our company’s marketing efforts. As a successful hire, you will be responsible for providing guidance to our marketing department by evaluating and developing marketing strategies, planning and coordinating marketing efforts, communicating the marketing plans to those involved, and building awareness and positioning for our company’s brands. You will also be working closely with our sales department to develop a pricing strategy that will help us maximize profits and market share. Finally, you will be in charge of organizing company conferences, trade shows, and major events.
To be considered for this position, you will need to have proven experience in running a marketing team and marketing campaigns. High competency in project and stakeholder management is a huge advantage.
Responsibilities:
Overseeing marketing department.
Evaluating and developing our marketing strategy and marketing plan.
Planning, directing, and coordinating marketing efforts.
Communicating the marketing plan.
Researching demand for our products and services.
Competitor research.
Working with sales department to develop pricing strategies to maximize profits and market share while balancing customer satisfaction.
Identifying potential customers.
Developing promotions with advertising managers.
Understanding and developing budgets and finance, including expenditures, research and development appropriations, return-on-investment and profit-loss projections.
Compiling lists describing our offerings.
Developing and managing advertising campaigns.
Building brand awareness and positioning.
Develop brand strategic marketing plan and budgets in collaboration with Director of Asset Management.
Improved Residential and Hospitality projects search engines presence (SEO) and domain authority.
Campaign / paid placements / partnerships – project management for Residential and Hospitality campaign including media negotiations.
Coordinate with director of Asset management in determining the ROI of initiatives and business decisions in order to further optimization of profitability.
Supporting sales and lead generation efforts.
Coordinating marketing projects from start to finish.
Organizing company conferences, trade shows, and major events.
Overseeing social media marketing strategy and content marketing.
Drive the development and implementation of the Al Mashria marketing and branding strategies.
Develop, establish, and execute marketing strategies and programs.
Develop and assist in pricing policies.
Develop branding strategies, brand awareness and establish unique value propositions
Design and monitor marketing campaigns and events to generate new prospective leads.
Oversee product marketing including product launch management.
Ensure the maintenance of updated records in the CRM system in accordance with data protection requirements.
Maintain a good level of understanding and knowledge of the Al Mashria products and services, ensuring that customer queries can be captured and dealt with accurately and appropriately
Define and manage the appropriate marketing organization for the Company and for its projects.
Oversee marketing communications including branding, public relations, advertising, trade shows, seminars and events management, and website design and content.
The most important factor is that you either has worked in a development firm or with a marketing company which worked on real estate development projects.

Marketing Director Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or related field. MBA is preferred .
Experience in marketing and running a marketing team.
Proven marketing campaign experience.

Strong copywriting skills.
Attention to details.
Proven ability to manage budgets.
Professional and proactive work ethic.
High competence in project and stakeholder management.
Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills.
Experience with digital marketing forms such as social media marketing and content marketing.
Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
