You will manage a team of writers and designers to make all of this a reality! If you have an entrepreneurial, hustling, and energetic spirit, we need you to spread # _ to the community of Saudi Arabia and help our gig workers earn money the best way possible
What You Will Do:
• Use social media, emails, and newsletters to create the best experience for our community of gig workers
• Continuously monitor our analytics to identify broken parts of the journey and provide feedback to our operations & tech teams!
• Be the gatekeeper of Sabbar’s digital presence and ensure you do not let a single typo slip under your watch
• Be the design police that spends the extra time to ensure we are using just the right shade of orange.
• Send periodic newsletters to our gig workers to pump them up for what’s next and educate them on best practices
• Write educational materials on best practices in customer service, professionalism, and any relevant topic that will get them praised by their supervisors, or even better, delivery drivers
• Consistently get a record number of from our gig workers. That’s how you will meet your engagement KPIs.
