الوصف الوظيفي 2- Managing sales team . 3- Launching new products in the market And work out to achieve a maximum share in the targeted markets. 4-Implement daily and weekly plan , facing the difficulties by the sector and following it -up . 5- Achieving expansion and increasing the share in the regions & segments . 6- Measuring the level of daily achievement and raising the performance of the team. 7- Raising the level of loyalty to the product among employees and customers alike. 8- Divide the retail and wholesale market, companies, catering , Horeca and distributors into segments. 9- Establishing sales routes for existing & targeted customers , and dividing regions geographically in order to increase sales and reduce wasted time. In this regard, ensure applied using the company digital numbering system . 10- deal with all clients in a long-term contracts such as agents, distributors , wholesalers and catering contracts . 11- submit weekly sales report all reports submitted every Thursday before 12:00pm including the fllowing information : a. A statement of all sales up to the date of the report. b. A statement of the contracts concluded to date. c. A statement of the sales plan for the next week. d. A statement of the difficulties that prevent improving the sales togather with solutions. 12-Analysis of different distribution outlets ((wholesale stores, retail, agents , distributors & Home Delivery )) 13- Training the sales team and organizes a training program suitable for them. 14- Analysing competitors, including their activities, methods, product prices, and submit them periodically to the management of sales and marketing . 15- Provides recommendations regarding pricing policies, determining pricing methods, and estimating discounts for each category of customers. 16- Scheduling and following up delivery orders requested by customers on time. المهارات Skills are required are as a following : 1- Hard working personality . 2- English / Arabic reading , speaking and writing skills . 3- Excellent persuasion skill . 4- Familiar with Odoo ERP system and Microsoft office application . 5- 3 years experience at least in beverage , water , dairy industry . 6- Retail sales basics capabilities . 7- Certificate or Higher Diploma in Business Administration and Marketing . 8- Completed courses in sales skills and marketing . تفاصيل الوظيفة https://www.bayt.com/ar/saudi-arabia/jobs/sales-supervisor-٠شرÙ-Ù Ø¨ÙØ¹Ø§Øª-4485442/ |
