As Senior Sales Executive, will be responsible to generate sales as per assigned budget and increase profit through the existing customers and develop new customer.
Promotes and sell Decorative coatings and services to the existing customers and develop new customers.
Directly responsible to generate sales per assigned budget
Contribute to the sales growth, build and maintain good relationships and obtain market information from clients
To monitor market situation and report to the management
Plan and implement new product launching or organize product exhibition whenever is necessary.
Analyse sales results, market share and brand profits and adjust plans where necessary.
Initiate product improvement as dictated by changes in customer requirements and competitor action.
Plan and organize suitable sales campaign, promotional items, or incentives for the customers.
Conduct market research to identify selling possibility and evaluate customers needs.
Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints.
Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products/services whenever necessary.
To source and provide new potential projects information in the market.
Provide timely and accurate analysis and reports for decision making.
Ensure highest degree of customer satisfaction
Handles customer enquiries in a professional manner.
Performs all sales related activities as per Hempel e- convention & ISO procedures.
Complies with the Credit Control procedure of the Company and follow-up accounts receivables.
Actively use and update CRM Tools and IQS for Sales (i.e. regular updating of Leads, Opportunities, Accounts, Tasks/Activities.
Assist in receivables follow up and comply with credit control procedure of the company.
Contribute in improving cash flow of the Company by assisting in achieving monthly collections target.
Performs all sales related activities as per Hempel e- convention & ISO procedures.
المهارات
Masters/Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry/Physics/ Polymers
Minimum 3 years of experience in decorative coatings industry from reputed organization
Superior analytical & problem solving skills
Good Knowledge of customer base and their activities
Handling customer complaints
Knowledge of paint or similar activities
Familiarity with different sales techniques
Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
Familiarity with Sales System, e.g. CRM and IQS
Self-motivated and driven
