The job will involve working with a big government entity in one of the biggest digital transformation projects.
Roles expected:
Participated in projects related to improving business processes for Finance or Human capital or Supply chain, and the IT applications supporting these processes.
Participate in projects that introduce new or changed functionality in Finance or Human capital or Supply chain Business processes.
Identify the gaps in operations policies and procedures and processes, articulate the business and process impacts for Finance or Human capital or Supply chain functions.
Participated in projects related to operating models, process model design, development of policies and procedures.
Gathering a huge number of data together within the process framework of the project and applying such data towards the success of the project including translating them into meaningful information for analysis, gap assessment, and functional designs.
Be involved in various projects and is required to team up with other members of staff from various organizations (internal teams, clients, and other Consulting companies) towards achieving the desired business goals of the projects.
Supporting the clients with the conception and implementation of optimized processes.
Facilitate any organizational process workshop involving liaising with users and process requirements.
Guiding and supervising personnel/teams who were assigned specific tasks.
المهارات
Requirements:
Familiar with Finance or human capital or supply chain Processes and terminologies.
Excellent oral and written communication, human relations, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities. Creativity, diplomacy, sound judgment, and initiative.
Familiar or participated in a Business Process re-engineering (BPR) project.
Familiarity with SAP functionalities (good to have but not required).
Degree: Accounting, Finance, Management information system, Business administration, Engineering, or any related majors.
Experience: minimum 5 years, preferably above 7 years
Arabic and English proficiency is a must.
