Job Summary :
OD Specialist have many responsibilities involving personnel functions for an organization. They do recruitment, office administration, interviews, hiring, firing, benefits, compliance regulation, compensation talks, organizational trainings, team building, employee relations, and more.
Responsibilities :
Evaluate company and employee performance using rational and relevant data and metrics.
Manpower planning weather it’s a monthly or quarterly.
Keep the SAP System updated and prepare monthly reports.
Data-gathering and initial analysis of findings.
Responsibly for the compositional benefit (incentives, bounce, etc)
Calculate the yearly increment.
Internal communication such as sending emails, event planning, employee care.
1.10 Inspire maximum performance and dedication in employees through consistent and clear articulation of goals and company objectives.
Maintain the accuracy of the performance appraisal by creating & deleting users.
Support Employees in the system if needed.
Responsible for Organizational structure planning and keep it updated.
Writing the job description for each position in the company if it is required.
Qualification & Experience Prerequisites :
Bachelor’s in HR, Business, or any related field
1-2 years experience
