Context
Our client is a Saudi government entity in the financial services. Our client launched a transformation of its IT department to enhance existing capabilities, develop the missing ones and accelerate delivery and agility within the enterprise.
Capgemini has been leading this transformation of the operating model using its three phases methodology.
Phases 1 and 2 had as an outcome the design of the target operating model, along with the redeployment of the human resources in the new organization structure
Our client wants Capgemini to support him in the implementation of this new operating model
Responsibilities
Develop the capacity and demand management process and registers
Develop an agile & devops roadmap and lead its implementation
Spread an agile & devops culture within the IT organization
Develop and Improve IT Service Management (ITSM) processes
Service management process transformation planning
Workshops and Gap analysis based on SIAM expectations and integrated tooling
Agile-DevOps assessment and maturity baseline
Prioritization, agreement with client stakeholders and create a SIAM process transformation backlog
Analyze demand management & capacity planning
Agree “To Be” integrated processes with client
Design SLA/ KPI specification and collaboratively work with tools team for implementation
Prepare training material and build awareness of the service management processes
Draw implementation strategy
Implement transformed processes
Handhold and monitor adoption of transformed processes
Conduct periodic reviews
Coach teams on Agile practices and DevOps pipelines, metrics reporting
Track SLA compliance and identified metrics
Check deviations and perform root cause analysis
Carry out incident and defect trend analysis
Identify redundant steps and automate
Planning productivity improvements
Data collection and creation of capability baselines
External audits and certifications
Collect periodic feedback from Client
Education
Master’s degree in Computer Science or Information Technology
ITIL and/or Cobit certified
المهارات
Experience
15+ years of relevant experience in IT Service management
Minimum 5 years of experience in IT banking systems.
Language (Fluent in English and great to have Arabic).
Skills
Highly experienced in service delivery and commercial Management in a large-scale IT Transformation
Effective relationship building and negotiating skills
