Senior Tender Engineer

الوصف الوظيفي
Responsible for tendering works, including:

1) Check quantity of works, and prepare BoQ;

2) Prepare RFP document, and follow up inquiries;

3) Compare and analyze quotations and proposals from suppliers and subcontractors;

4) Analyze and plan costs;

5) Post-bid works, such as preparing post-bid clarification, attending the post-bid meeting, etc.

6) Post-bid analysis works;

7) Assist preparation, printing, binding, and submission of bidding document;

8) Manage relationships with suppliers and subcontractors, and update and optimize vendors database;

9) Prepare bidding documents;

10) Update and optimize cost database, and analyze cost data.

Other temporary works.

المهارات
1. Degree and Major: Bachelor, Civil Engineering, MEP Engineer, or similar

2. Work Experiences： at least 5 years’ project site works or tender works

3. Character and Competence： Hard-working,team-work spirit, based in Saudi

4. Language： Fluent in English Speaking and Writing
