HSP Lead s overall mission is to Coach HSP on best practices to deliver educational and scientific content to support HCP needs, enhance the customer experience and improve the impact of Pfizer medicines for patients and society.

The HSP Lead will lead and coach a team of Health Solution Partners (HSP) and will be accountable for their development in line with Pfizer competency model.
•
The HSP will also position Pfizer as partner of choice in aligned disease/patient management initiatives, identifying legitimate unmet patient needs and collaborating on solutions that enhance the patient experience.
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:
•
Provide direction to HSPs on customer preferences for content and channels to orchestrate ideal customer experience through relevant channel.
•
Achieving/exceeding agreed goals for the assigned therapeutic area.
•
Accountable for developing work/activity plans for the HSP team to ensure adequate customer coverage and prevent overlap with other commercial functions. Setting objectives to his team colleague training, day-to-day coaching & development with follow through,
•
Accountable for performance appraisals and regular periodic monitoring and evaluation - while setting medium to long term development plans that target both performance gaps as well as talent management & retention objectives.
•
Leading the team on key patient focused initiatives and engaging targeted customers and the HCPs.
•
Maintaining and building a productive and cooperative relationship with HCPs, and, building up the reputation of the Company values.
•
Role modeling and promoting the company’s Values among team members.
•
Ensuring effective utilization of company resources and implementation and adherence to company’s policies and procedures within the area of responsibilities.
•
Assisting category lead in the preparation of Annual business objectives and submitting periodic reports on scientific and educational activities and customer engagement metrics in the assigned area regularly in a timely and efficient manner.
QUALIFICATIONS
•
Bachelor s degree in pharmacy or medicine.
•
Minimum 5 years commercial experience in pharma.
•
High level knowledge and experience in chosen Therapeutic Area.
•
Networking skills, working understanding of how other SMEs might contribute to a project compliantly.
•
Product training, active listening.
•

•
Proven ability to manage complex situations and interactions within a matrixed organization.
•
Demonstrated customer/business acumen and strategic thinking abilities.
