About The Role
We re looking for a highly motivated Expansion Operations Manager. Our ideal candidate is confident in his/her skills, has a great attitude, thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to join a dynamic team centered around innovation. You will provide operational support to all of our country launchers in the different international and regional markets, and track the development and growth of the market, suggest and implement interventions as required.

Key Responsibilities:
• Support launch teams to penetrate the expansion projects across multiple markets.
• Drive efficiency and optimization within the launch operations in each market.
• Consult and support department managers across all functions in the expansion markets.
• Collaborate with cross commercial and operational teams for best practice and continuously tracking and improving new expansion area s performance.
• Identify structural inside sales opportunities of expansion project that contribute to success of the company.
• Implement expansion strategies put forward by senior leadership that can contribute to the success of the projects, plus willing to get on the ground to drive the success of the project.
• Support on expansion checklists with country managers/launchers of new markets
Desired Candidate Profile
• Bachelor s degree in Business Administration or a related field is required.
• At least 6 years of experiences in area expansion, project management or consulting
• Experience in restaurant management saas or a fintech is highly preferred
• Structured problem solver ability with excellent analytical and organizational skills
• Very strong analytical skills, good interpersonal abilities, sharp critical thinking and methodical.
• Experience in project management and ability to develop new strategies.
• Self-motivated and with the ability to motivate others.
