• Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in architecture from an accredited institution.
• 7+ years of architectural experience.
• Understanding and knowledge of building codes, zoning regulations, building construction and building system.
• Ability to provide elegant and efficient design solutions.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• High attention to detail.
• Effective interpersonal skills and collaborative management style to include teamwork and team-building ability.
• Technically creative and open-minded.
• Knowledge of design programs (AutoCAD, Revit, 3D Programs, Photoshop).
• Working currently or recently on Saudi Design projects is a Ponus.
