Your Role: You will be responsible for overseeing the entire marketing function and team, including budgets and strategic marketing across all marketing verticals, including branding, communication, and digital. Develop a strong brand position and narrative and execute the go-to-market strategy. Create a growth roadmap for the company. Owning from conceptualization to implementation, related to growth strategies, user acquisition as well as the growth of the company. Ownership of the end-to-end customer experience from discovery to retention, including implementation of best practices within the company, including the use of CRM tools to measure productivity and ROI. Own and develop the company’s digital value proposition, vision, and strategy. Engage customers and create viral growth for brands and products. Scale growth processes.

Must Haves: You would come armed with a minimum of 15+ years of solid experience in Marketing with organizations in the food/beverage industry. Experience in driving digital transformation would be a major plus as would experience in food tech.
