Implements, monitors and supports all Quality Improvement Programs for all daily departmental functions under the supervison of designated individual.
Essential Responsibilities and Duties
1. Reviews on a daily basis all audit reports including appointment, registration, P.C.C. and admission audit reports and checks against base documents to ensure compliance with Hospital policies.
2. Reviews all audit reports to ensure that jobs performed are error-free. If errors are found takes necessary action to rectify them in coordination with quality officer.
3. Assists in the preparation and implementation of an in-services and cross-training programs for all personnel involved in patient management activities as assigned.
4. Collects and analyses data to identify problems which require immediate attention or further study and makes suggestions for improvement.
5. Provides input to correct deficiencies and eliminate problems.
6. Prepares operational and administrative reports as directed by the Department Head.
7. Follows all Hospital related policies and procedures.
8. Participates in self and other s education, training and development, as applicable.
Education
Bachelor ‘s or Associate Degree/ Diploma in an Administrative field, English Literature, or other related discipline is required.
Experience Required
Three (3) years of related experience with Bachelor s, or fi ve (5) years with Associate Degree/Diploma is required.
