Essential Responsibilities and Duties
1. Conducts inquiries and investigations into all complaints, incidents, and crimes occurring on Hospital property. Compiles and submits case files including incident reports, summaries, findings, and recommendations.
2. Maintains case files on all investigations, ensuring control and security of files, including classified materials. Ensures that no confidential information contained within the files is divulged without permission of Head, Investigations Department, or Director of Safety and Security Services.
3. Visits scene of all crimes, incidents, and emergencies. Carries out scene searches or preserves scenes when necessary. Collects, marks, and preserves all items of evidence. Conducts interviews and interrogations and records statements. Performs surveillance duties when necessary. Maintains records of current investigations. Complies case file investigation diary on all investigations.
4. Investigates all traffic accidents involving Hospital vehicles and employees on or off Hospital property, within metropolitan area of Riyadh. Complies traffic investigation case files, including traffic accident reports, scale scene sketches, and scene photographs.
5. Maintains liaison with police and government departments for exchange of information.
6. Obtains written police reports for all incidents and accidents involving Hospital employees and vehicles of Hospital property.
7. Arranges attendance of persons for police or court. Provides translations and acts as interpreter. Liaises with Hospital insurance carries representatives.
8. Liaises with Transportation Department regarding progress of traffic accident investigations.
Education
Bachelor s or Associate Degree/ Diploma in Law or other related discipline is required.
Experience Required
One (1) year of related experience with Bachelor s or three (3) years with Associate Degree/ Diploma is required.
