Analyzing, designing, developing, implementing and evaluating organizational development programs, projects and activities at the city level.
Designing and developing new training materials, maintaining existing training materials, collecting and monitoring training evaluations, and modifying course content for improvements when needed. Assess and identify employee training needs and set course objectives.
Develop course outlines, teacher guides, participant guides, systems training guides, coaching exercises, and functional aids for teacher-led and web-based training.
Facilitate training courses for management, supervision, leadership, general business, computer software applications, safety and organizational curriculum areas, as well as orientation sessions for new employees.
Collaborate with subject matter experts (including HR consultants, HR specialists, and HR managers) to develop training courses, materials, and documentation.
Represent the department or department on committees and teams at departmental and/or city level for special projects and initiatives.
Establishing and maintaining relationships with key customer representatives.
المهارات
Possession of a university degree in business administration or equivalent, preferably possession of relevant professional certificates.
3 years work experience in human resources is preferred
Fluency in Arabic and English.
