الوصف الوظيفي - Evaluate and recommend Installations Department employment candidates - Prepare the Department’s annual budget - Ensure Department staff are properly trained and have the tools and equipment needed to effectively carry out their job functions - Create a work environment that minimizes turnover and maximizes retention within the Sales and Installations Department - Manages the daily activities of the Installations Department and ensure that all policies and procedures are abided by - Monitor and evaluate the performance of the Installations team against preset goals and hold them accountable for their results - Conduct regular meetings with subordinates to set priorities, review and motivate performance - Under the management of the Division’s Head, liaise with the Design Engineer and Sales Head of Department on operational matters and to resolve any arising challenges - Allocate and manage staff resources according to changing needs - Ensure that the Installations team operates in a safe, legal and ethical manner - Review and recommend monthly Installations team commissions - Update the Operations Manager on project completion dates, arising challenges, delays, and complaints - Ensure that installations on client site are done in accordance with the Operations Manager directions and in compliance with technical and commercial proposal - Develop and implement Installations Department policies and procedures consistent with the Company’s overall guidelines, objectives, and standards - Resolve issues and problems with clients which have escalated beyond the capacity of Installations Supervisor - Ensure that installation tools and equipment are maintained in good working conditions - Calculate pipe sizing, verify tank size and needed material for each job - Execute inspections , testing and commissioning - Monitor the material delivery and return from sites - Monitor the tank delivery and return from clients - Estimate the direct cost of material, labor and transportation - In coordination with the CRM, schedule the necessary maintenance of installed gas systems on client sites - In coordination with the Design Engineer, review and suggest amendments to client offers, BOQs, installation maps, and other related client installation documentation - Ensure minimum costs are incurred while maintaining highest levels of quality, safety, and customer satisfaction - Coordinate with the Warehouses Head of Department to organize and control the order cycle relating to installations activities - Maintain health and safety practices, follow and support the implementation of health and safety related Company requirements and advise staff on any health and safety matters to ensure a safe working environment and installations - Prepare weekly report to the Operations Manager on the progress of projects’ execution status Human Resources Duties: Ensure Department staff are properly trained and have the tools and equipment needed to effectively carry out their job functions People Management To be a good role model for the team in term of compliance with the company policies and procedures and work ethics.
