JOB PURPOSE :
The OT Channel Sr. Manager is responsible for developing OT Channel in Saudi and delivering revenue, share and profit targets.
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES :
• Provide leadership, vision and a growth strategy for the OT Channel in Saudi
• Develop and implement compelling channel plans to drive Net revenue, Nopbt and market share
• Improve OT Channel Profitability & CTS in-line with Productivity targets and improve Customer Service Levels
• Develop growth oriented/performance driven Customer CDA s while maintaining Channel profitability
• Develop annual Customer Activity Calendars/plans in-line with brand plans and activation calendar
• Deliver optimal Channel distribution & execution KPI s
• Launch product innovations, range extensions, LTO s as per aligned KPI s and guidelines
• Embed an NRM culture and roll out Pack Price moves & initiatives in a timely manner
• Build long term successful partnerships with Key Accounts via Joint Business Planning as part of WCCE and reflected in TAG
• Analyze Channel share/EPOS reports and design relevant action plans to address opportunities
• Lead the OT Merchandizing team and ensure efficient and effective execution
• Develop best in class consumer-driven instore initiatives and shopper engagement programs
• Ensure best in class execution including superior Visibility, Merchandising & Access Points Strategy by stores and outlet type
• Roll out consumer centric in-store branding and sales drivers to improve brand presence, awareness and entice trials
• Update and share KA s scorecards and develop action plans
• Manage channel budgets as per agreed investment plans and maintain budget trackers.
• Evaluate all activities and promotions as per ROI guidelines .
• Lead and develop a high-performance OT sales organization and build capability across each level of the organization
Qualifications/Requirements
EXPERIENCE / COMPETENCIES REQUIRED :
The role requires a blend of Customer Management and Field Expertise as well as strong financial acumen and profit driven mindset.
• Strong Commercial acumen
• Strong verbal and written communication as well as facilitation skills - Confidence to lead and direct discussion across all levels.
• Ability to engage and enthuse others with clear, concise communication.
• Strong Negotiation and Relationship building skills and ability to influence at all levels
• Demonstrated functional expertise in FMCG for a minimum of 6-8 years of sales field experience
• Spoken and written English and Arabic languages
