Costing Consultant

We are looking for people to join an exciting growing international IT company, working in the healthcare industry based at our Middle East head office in Riyadh.

We have an exciting opportunity for a new challenge or to start on your career pathway. As a Costing Consultant you will be responsible for the analysis of both financial and clinical data within a health facility, providing training and support to our clients on the implementation of the costing software. You will be required to provide training, on costing practices as well as maintain user documentation and carry out system testing.

Training will be provided on our software system as well as on costing practices.

Role and Responsibilities

Implementation of PHS costing software
Development and delivery of training materials for PHS costing products
Functional and system testing of PHS costing products
The provision of end user support services through the PHS help desk
Support the ongoing development of our costing products
Provision of costing and Casemix duties at PHS client’s sites.
Provision of National reporting requirements
Develop report and application specifications based on client requests
Other tasks as required

Successful completion of an Accounting, Economics or Health related degree
Knowledge of patient costing methodology
A sound understanding of the Saudi Arabian or overseas Healthcare system

Previous experience working in a costing / financial role in healthcare
Understanding of Activity Based Costing (ABC)
