A chocolatier combines a passion for art and a love for chocolate. We are looking for someone to join our team. Our hardworking production team makes chocolate from the bean each day. An ideal new member will bring a great attitude and an eagerness to create new chocolates. The daily responsibilities of this role include:

• Performing all steps of our production: inspecting beans, roasting, cracking, winnowing, starting batches, tempering, foiling bars, and packaging

• Tasting and evaluating chocolate bars for flavor and quality

• Cleaning and maintaining our production facility

• Maintaining our machines We require that candidate have previous experience in chocolate making. A passion for chocolate and the motivation to create quality products. The ability to complete tasks quickly, accurately, and efficiently. Problem-solving skills and adaptability. Very good communication skills. A team player. The ability to take directions as well as self-direct. If you are interested, we’d like to see your resume and a few paragraphs from you about your favorite food experience or influence.
