الوصف الوظيفي Job Description We are looking for a Soft Service Coordinator - Saudi National to be based in Riyadh. Main responsibilities & deliverables : Assist in the day to day running of the soft services operation, ensuring continuous responsibility for providing a safe, quality, and cost-effective service. Oversee project work and report any discrepancies to the Facility Manager. Investigate and implement service requests received by the client and maintain a service request tracking system. Make sure that all service requests belonging to the service are closed on time Manage CFEs and report any type of deficiency on the spot Develop a working knowledge of client work processes, workplace culture and policies essential for effective tenant service delivery. Ensure a safe working environment Manage subcontractor’s performance by ensuring proper service delivery Liaise with support services for operational requests Identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
