الوصف الوظيفي Job Description SUMMARY The Commercial Concessions Coordinator is responsible for supervising, coordinating, and overseeing the concessions’ day-to-day operations, including the library and the food service. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following: Conduct daily inspections in all the community shops to ensure all facilities are well maintained and clean all the time Arrange the material purchases of the community shops as needed Monitor the inventory and ensure sufficient stock of the community shops Prepare annual Budget for client’s approval Create purchase requests, communicate with procurement and ensure items delivery Monitor sales collection, tracking sales record, submission to finance department weekly basis Ensuring health and safety standards are maintained Communicate with the shops for any applied special offers announced for special events/ occasions Arrange replacement in case of shop attendant absence Set frequent meetings with the shop attendant to discuss about service improvements, ensure friendly environment and excellent customer service provided Communicate with the shop attendants for any received feedback Compiles sales data and prepares weekly and monthly reports Supervises the daily library activities Reviews the books inventory and orders new books to the library every three months Makes sure the magazine and newspapers in the library are always up to date Oversees the food services in the community Assists in the periodic review of the food services Menu Inspects the central dining kitchen area regularly and reports issues to the helpdesk. Ensures the central dining kitchen area, kitchen, storage, refrigerators, and freezers are operational, clean, and sanitized all the time Ensure a safe working environment. QUALIFICATIONS To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and /or ability required. EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE Minimum 3 years of experience in facilities or shops management related to malls, shops, or food services. ATTRIBUTES Ability to work with a minimum of supervision Excellent communication and presentation skills Excellent organization and planning abilities Professional and approachable team player. Must be dedicated to exceptional external and internal guest service Solid verbal and written communication skills.
