Account Manager – Dell EMC
, you will be working on the sales activities of complete NetApp vendor product portfolio complying with the company and government policies. * Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and partner’s satisfaction. * Build long-term relationships with new and existing partners, and customers. * Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events. * Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs. * Arrange business meetings with prospective clients. * Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support. * Response time for any request/complaint is 1 working day. * Develop a thorough understanding of our products and service offerings to better upsell and cross-sell to clients. * Prepare reports on account status. * Take inquiries and requests from customers and address their needs. * Strong communication skills. * Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task. * Excellent organizational skills. * Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint. * Comfortable using a computer for various tasks. * Stay on top of accounts, making sure they’re receiving services that are within their budget and meeting their needs.
