Responsibilities
• Work with the businesses to drive execution of complex, cross-functional and high impact KPIs and ensure their engagement • Create complex financial modelling and support teams to discover, analyze, and help interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets to perform strategic analysis and research • Take part in crafting storylines that clearly articulate findings, insights, and recommendations Collect and identify possible key risks to achieving strategy goals and develop initial mitigation plans • Stay well informed of emerging external trends and market dynamics to adjust KPIs and react swiftly when needed
Experience & Qualifications
- Min. 5 years of experience in similar field and position - Extensive background in mining industry - Master’s degree in Finance or Business Administration or equivalent is required
