Kitopi (pronounced: “Kee-Toh-Pee”) stands for Kitchen Utopia. We are enablers, partnering with brands to deliver food about you. We do this by providing services centered around (but not limited to) sourcing, preparing, producing, and packaging - working closely with our delivery partners to ensure a safe and quick delivery. This is made possible thanks to our in-built, pioneering cloud kitchen technology ‘SKOS’ - a first-of-its-kind innovation in the world and our 3500+ Kitopians, who bring their best every day.
In addition to on-demand meals cooked in our cloud kitchens, we also offer subscription-based meal plans and a first-of-its-kind virtual food court concept Mix ‘N’ Match. Kitopi currently operates more than 100 kitchens across the UAE, KSA, Kuwait, Bahrain and Qatar with its tech-hub in Poland and its customer experience center in the UAE.
What You’ll Do
Plan, Develop and direct efforts to grow the business.
Initiate and coordinate development of an action plan to penetrate the market, by area, and nationality to better target sales & promotions.
Identify and approach potential new clients for Right Bite personalized packages (meal plans and on-demand), convert inquiries from potential clients to sales.
Approach potential clients through various channels, including cold calling and direct mail campaigns.
Attend marketing activities (shows and events) to ensure and drive sales & assist in the preparation
Create Sales Kits and presentations in various business settings to highlight products USPs.
Create Wellness day’s opportunities to drive sales
Work closely with dieticians, client relationship managers to best attain goals.
Coordinate with operations and marketing departments to ensure high customer satisfaction.
Arrange business meetings, present the product or service in a structured, professional way face to face and maintain quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
Maintain healthy, long-term relationships with current clients by providing support, information, and regular follow-up.
Track consumer and market insight by analyzing sales volume, make share, profit projections pricing, and distribution
Develop the brand positioning in the market. Improve product sales and market share
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Adhere to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensure that they are properly followed.
Contribute to the planning and creation of quarterly Sales & Promotions. Increase subscription number. revenue growth and retention rate across brands
Control budget and expenses within the business unit.
What Are We Looking For
2-4 years direct sales experience, catering/meal plan sales preferred.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Nutrition or Communications
Very strong interpersonal & communication skills.
Energetic, engaging, and positive personality
Strong analytical, time management, and organizational skills.
You must have a passion for Food & Beverage and monitoring market trends
