Involved in all aspects of the transaction: sourcing, analyzing, valuing, developing LOI, managing
due-diligence ,negotiation, and supervising the drafting of closing documentation and closing.

Developed valuation models as well as investment memorandum on 30+ transactions in diversified
industries and countries
Monitored portfolio companies through the active board and executive committee participation. Built
and implemented reporting and monitoring tools
Assisted top management of portfolio companies in developing and implementing the first 100-day
plan
Drove the exit process for mature portfolio companies: soliciting sell-side advisors, communicating
with potential buyers, overseeing the exit process, negotiating the agreement, and finalizing divestment
