الوصف الوظيفي Main Duties & Responsibilities : · Responsible for guests experience and staff performance. · Reports to operations manager. · Handling a team of more than 60 employees including FOH & BOH. · Proper opening of dining area and terrace Proper opening of kitchen & BOH. · Staff attendance and appearance Availability of menu items. · Quality and taste of menu items Maintenance and housekeeping POS & IT related. Daily staff briefing . · POS closing procedures (cash tally). · Greeting & welcoming. · Building relationships with guests Introducing the concept to new visitors. · Responsible for offering best quality of service Responsible ji best quality of menu items Offering entertaining experience. · Handling guests complaints and feedback. Other responsibilities: Target Reporting & Finance: 1. Daily sales reports 2. P&L;reading 3. Handling all expenses 4. Handling suppliers 5. Handling petty cash 6. Handling cash deposit المهارات 1. Training & development 2. Coaching and evaluation 3. Listening and advice 4. Time management 5. Handling requests 6. Proper housing condition 7. Stock levels 8. Cost % as agreed 9.
