الوصف الوظيفي •Perform role of custodian for HR policies and implement HR policies and procedures •Update and maintain the HR policy manual, and communicate any changes in the policy document to employees •Develop ACC’s manpower plan •Review and develop job descriptions in line with corporate requirements •Conduct job evaluation when required and provide input to third parties performing evaluation •Perform regular analysis of remuneration trends in KSA and the region; establish benchmarks for comparison and recommend the most suitable remuneration and rewards system for ACC •Develop, propose, and regularly update recognition programs to reward significant achievements of top performing employees •Assist in the development of retention plans/long-term incentive plans to facilitate the engagement of staff critical to ACC •Attend to HR special projects as needed المهارات Education : Bachelor تفاصيل الوظيفة https://www.bayt.com/ar/saudi-arabia/jobs/organization-development-specialist-4508573/ |
