Job Description and Requirements JOB PURPOSE:

Troubleshoot and resolve issues with software or hardware. Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests in assign city New Stores IT setup installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems. Provide in site support, including training documentation and relevant reports. Tagging IT assets on assignee city. § Diploma Degree in Computer Science / Information Systems / Technical Support, or equivalent (Essential) § Bachelor’s Degree in related field. (Optional) § At least 3 years of full-time work experience in Technical Support domain § Advance knowledge and hands-on experience in managing and administering service management desk – ticketing system (Essential) § ITIL certificate (Optional) § Proficiency in English Language § Good Communication Skills § Good problem solving skills
