Solution Advisor
to oversee the pre-sales functions of our Business Development department functions and provide support to our Sales and Solution Team.
As a Solution Advisor, your daily workload might include:
* Work with Client Directors throughout the selling process by participating in business development calls. * Assist in selling established contracts and developing relationships with prospects. * Manage the proposal process and create SOW’s and RFP’s. * Conduct follow-up sales activities (including evaluation, implementation, and Client training). * Being the customer’s trusted advisor by providing support, information, and guidance, as well as researching and recommending new solutions and services. * Understand the customers’ needs/pain and propose a solution. * Present Mozn’s portfolio of solutions and products. * Analyze current technologies used by the customer the company and determine ways to improve. * Document and monitor requirements needed to institute proposed updates. * Provide detailed specifications for proposed solutions. * Define clear goals for all aspects of a project and manage their proper execution. * Maintain effective communication between product management and engineering regarding contractual obligations. * Researching, designing, and implementing innovative solutions to solve business problems.

* BS/MS from a top school in a relevant field. * 5+ years experience in similar roles. * Project management and leadership skills are essential * Experience developing the product infrastructure. * Positive outlook in meeting challenges and working to a high level * Advanced understanding of business analysis techniques and processes * Professional experience working with and analyzing computer software * Experienced in B2B software development and sales. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Arabic. * Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships quickly and effectively.
