Training and Development Specialist
Full-Time in Riyadh, SA Mozn is the leading AI solutions and product firm and a trusted analytics partner for the largest corporate and government organizations in the region. Through our work and proprietary technology in Risk and NLU, we transform the way our clients work and build long-lasting institutional AI knowledge within Mozn and the region. We are looking for a Training and Development Specialist to join our People team and oversee our full-cycle talent development. The Talent and Development Specialist’s responsibilities include designing, building, and implementing strategic talent and development programs. With the growth of the fund, we are currently seeking additional colleagues to join our team. Ultimately, you will create strong talent Management programs for Mozn’s current and future talent development needs.
As a Training and Development Specialist, your daily workload might include:
* Assist in implementing processes and programs for Talent and Development within a designated department or division. * Developing project plans, managing implementation activities, creating documentation, and communicating for program rollout and continuing management are all part of this process. * Provide dedicated support for talent transformation activities across Talent and Development programs, including leadership development, career management, assessment, and performance management. * Provide support and enhance the overall experience of career development for employees and managers. * Facilitates instructor-led workshops on occasion. * Practices web usability principles to design learning that is easily accessible to users at diverse levels of comfort with technology. * Configures administers and maintains the Learning Management System (LMS) platform, including research and resolution of LMS issues. * Captures organizational knowledge for inclusion in development solutions. * Selects appropriate instructional methodologies such as individual coaching, group instruction, self-study, demonstrations, simulation exercises, role play, and computer-based training. * Develop training materials by completing thorough research, analyzing educational vendors, and assessing the employment needs of departmental managers * Conduct a targeted leadership development program (e.g., succession planning) by collecting, analyzing, and maintaining data.

* * +3 of experience as a Training and Development Specialist or similar role. * Experience in Consulting, technology, and start-ups is a plus. * Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or any related field, certificates are a plus. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * The ability to work with minimum direction. * Portfolio of conducting multiple training events in the corporate environment. * Extensive know-how of learning principles and instructional design theory. * Expertise to master the full training cycle. * Proficiency in learning management software (LMS). * Understanding of both conventional and modern training tools, methods, and techniques. * Knowledge of talent management and effective planning. * Ability to calculate training ROI and conduct the cost-benefit analysis. * TNA
