Job Description
* Manage and control all activities within the facility and assigned shift. * Ensure compliance with health and safety standards and promote a positive health and safety culture in the facility. * Properly resolve problems and troubleshoot issues as they arise without the direction of management. * Ensure that Performance Dialog meeting are being executed. * Manage timely data collection to update operations metrics, to support the Facility Director to review goals and metrics. * Monitor KPI and objectives, define corrective action plans to ensure all metrics are met. * Engage all levels within the facility to remove waste from processes employing Lean/Six Sigma methodologies.
