Core Responsibilities:
Keeping record of his customer information on daily basis with proper follow up.
Handling all customer’s and helpdesk queries and telephone calls and record it
Should be well aware of his customer requirements and discuss with the Sales Manager
Introduce new products with excellent communication and presentation skills and further discussing and refereeing the higher authorities closing the deals on their approval.
Developing relationships with the customers and providing them proper attention until they build up a trust and you satisfy their demands.
Dealing with direct calls from customers, staff personnel and product, as well as the transferred calls from the customer services department for issues and requests.
Offering the best prices to customer according to the range provided by the company and further coordinating with the sales manager for best offers, special discount and arranging meetings to arrange volume customer deals.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Preparing assigned customers target, following it and achieving it
Present and sell company products and services to customers.
Prepare action plans and schedules to identify specific targets and to project the time table of sales process.
Follow up on new leads and referrals.
Identify sales opportunities.
Prepare and coordinate presentations, proposals and sales contracts.
Follow-up delivery status of products and daily operations (Service calls & PM)
Develop and maintain sales materials and current product knowledge.
Establish and maintain current customer relationships.
Manage account status through quality checks and other follow-up.
Follow-up on invoices and collection of payment within 30 days of customer acceptance.
Other duties as assigned from time to time.
Internal coordination.

Qualifications:
Good spoken and written communication skills
The ability to build good working relationships with colleagues at all levels
Discretion with confidential information
High levels of accuracy and attention to detail
Good administration and computer skills.
Respect the importance of confidentiality as you will be dealing with customers confidential information.
Should be a team player.
Should be quick in response and replies
