الوصف الوظيفي To set marketing and communication vision and strategy, oversee developed corporate and sector marketing campaigns, maintain relationships with external stakeholders such as media outlets, agencies and sponsors, guide the implementation of events, and provide feedback and guidance as needed to enhance marketing operations and Company brand awareness. KEY ACCOUNT ABILITIES & ACTIVITIES: Key Activities Planning and Budgeting Lead the establishment and execution of the Department’s annual plan, budget, objectives and initiatives in line with the Company’s strategic objectives and set KPIs Direct the Department’s operations and activities within budget and devise strategies that result in a positive financial impact. Marketing Strategy Stay abreast of latest marketing trends, developments, best practices, and competitor positioning to direct the marketing research efforts and ensure relevancy and practicality of analyzed topics and concepts Set Marketing and Communications vision and strategy to ensure alignment with overarching strategy and objectives and direct the dissemination of the strategy to relevant functions Facilitate coordination with Finance to oversee marketing budget and payments ensuring adherence to set scope and budget. Corporate Brand and Sector Marketing Validate corporate branding and sector marketing strategy and integration plans Oversee marketing campaigns roadmap and briefs to ensure compliance with best practices, standards, overarching strategy, and objectives Build and maintain solid relationships with external stakeholders including sponsors, marketing agencies, and media channels and interfere when needed to secure media-buying and to provide input and resolve challenging issues and concerns Validate product or service-related content and campaigns prior to launching to ensure proper embodiment of Company products/services and enhance promotion outcomes Direct the execution of corporate and sector marketing campaigns and events to ensure alignment with pre-defined objectives and requirements Remain well informed of highly regarded and esteemed corporate awards to ensure regular recognition of Company and enhance brand image Guide Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) disclosures and promotion to enhance company’s position, brand awareness, and credibility in regard to customers as well as investors. Creative Media and Events Guide the management of received requests to ensure appropriate content development and production activities as per intended requirements and standards see the quality of content developed for corporate brand and sector marketing and provide guidance as needed to ensure alignment of content with objectives, best practices, and customer expectations to increase reach and enhance perception of Company and its products Ensure media mentions are properly handled as per communication guidelines to ensure efficient brand and products promotion Direct marketing events and campaigns logistics operations and maintain solid relationships with involved stakeholders, including agencies and vendors, to ensure alignment and guarantee the success of events Guide the launching and execution of events and campaigns and ensure compliance with set standards and guidelines . Marketing Enhancement Oversee outcomes from KPIs assessment and performance evaluation and recommend improvement / preventive actions in marketing and communication activities to achieve desired quality Provide effective, consistent, and regular performance feedback ensuring that key pain points are addressed and solved effectively and in a timely manner to improve marketing operations. Policies, Procedures and Processes Direct the development of the Department’s policies, processes and procedures to increase productivity, attain high quality outputs, and cost-effective results in line with relevant regulatory requirements Lead the development, enhancement and implementation of control systems, and the resolution of escalated non-compliance cases.
