Portray good command of concise planning to meet the company’s recruitment demands.
Establish a sound sourcing and recruitment plan to funnel high-skilled individuals for required vacancies.
Plan a full-proof hiring process that covers the six stages of recruitment, from preparation to the onboarding stage.
Work with concerned managements to develop accurate job profile descriptions as per requirements.
Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job board.

Proficient in meeting company demands by solving the existing talent gap in the hierarchy.
Ability to conduct a swift interview and selection process to hire suitable candidates within the prescribed time limit.
Established track record of sourcing suitable talent for companies and organizations.
In-depth knowledge of telephonic, lunch, puzzle, video, and group interviews.
Bachelor Degree in HR or any related field.
