AINOVAS is a Riyadh based private startup that provide Business Support, Information Technology and Logistic services. AINOVAS is looking for a dedicated and experienced business partner who will be responsible for daily management of the general scope of work and for undertaking more complex duties. Ultimately, the partner will contribute to the efficiency of our business by providing personalized and timely support.

Responsibilities:

STRATEGY & BUSINESS PLAN

Develop, review and implement high-quality and effective business strategies and plans ensuring their alignment with short-term and long-term objectives
Establish short-term objectives and long-range goals, and related plans and policies.

FINANCIAL

Creating and managing budgets
Ensure maximization of Company profitability
Manage contract and price negotiations with office vendors, service providers and office lease
Oversees the organizations financial structure, ensuring adequate and sound funding for the mission and goals of the company

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENTS AND RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT

Coach, develop, hire and train team of sales and marketing team members
Collaborating with sales team to maximize profit by up-selling or cross-selling
Negotiating contracts with client and establishing timeline of performance
Customer Relationship Management
Expanding relationships and bringing in new clients
Acting as a first point of contact: Action responses & redirect correspondence where necessary
Manage marketing efforts

PRODUCTS AND SERVICES

Ensure generation of sustainable value for the shareholders

HUMAN RESOURCES

Lead and motivate subordinates to advance employee engagement develop a high performing managerial team
Manage HR and recruitment efforts

ADMINISTRATION

Manage company actions through government and business portals as required, for example letter attestations, revisions to company’s commercial registration and other corporate licenses / documents administration
Manage translation of documents, presentations, letters, certificates etc. from English to Arabic and vice-versa

المهارات
Requirements:

5 – 7 Years of experience

50 hours / per week Saturday – Thursday

Experience in word processing, spreadsheets, and presentation software to prepare presentations, reports and/or special projects.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills including the ability to build relationships and consult with staff and external clients at all levels

Outstanding organizational and time management skills with a clear ability to prioritize

Acquainted with office management systems and procedures

Ability to collate and portray information accurately

Ability to work with limited supervision

Pro-active ‘can do’ approach

Analytical skills to understand and apply research and statistics in report writing and decision-making
