Learn about and deeply understand the products and solutions portfolio the company offers
Support the sales team in delivering software demos, proposals, and presentations
Create or update marketing and presentation content to provide high-quality enhanced content that can target different customer personas
Respond to RFPs received from both gov. and private sectors by creating technical proposals in Arabic or English that offer high-quality and professional content with clear language and professional formatting, with high attention to RFPs requirements and details
Conduct demos and presentations with leads and prospects and provide answers and solutions for their questions
Provide a basic level of technical support for the customers
Conduct research when needed for solutions, vendors, prices and technologies, with being able to deliver high-level suggested solutions
Provide training on products and solutions for the customers
