الوصف الوظيفي
Objective:

To handle inbound & outbound products (Jewelry & accessories) and make sure that warehouse items are kept safe and updated on ERP system
Reporting Line: Logistics Supervisor

Job Description:

Inspect & receive new Jewelry & accessories in the warehouse
Classify the items & issue pin code in warehouse
Coordinate with E-commerce Logistics to confirm orders “in stock & OOS”
Prepare products & issue invoice for new orders
Receive RTO orders in same day & coordinate with finance for refund
Follow up with planning department For OOS products
Prepare periodic reports & working on ERP system
Ensure all items in the warehouse are kept safe and secure

المهارات
Job Qualifications:

University Degree in Business Administration or any relevant field
A minimum of 3 years in E-commerce in KSA
E-commerce background is a must.
Fashion or retail background is a plus
Excellent computer skills with capabilities in web search, excel, power point and word
