Talent Manager:
Ownership of the Saudization orientation and induction program and Act as a motivational host to perk up Saudi staff and encourage them to work to their optimum efficiency.
Responsible for the complete recruitment cycle of the Saudization programs. Career path planning & Manage relationship with HRDF.
Help with the ongoing, long-term improvement of Saudi employees’ skills, enabling them to fulfil their potential with the group.
Manage the progress of trainees through questionnaires and discussions with managers the trainer and direct manager.
Lead the Saudization (Netaqaat) effort for the Company. Increase employment among nationals and decrease dependency on expatriate workers in the business. Manage and develop team of Saudization officers, where applicable.
Oversee partnerships with recruitment agencies, job sites, and reputed colleges for campus placement. Local hiring through career fairs at universities, direct recruitment, and social networking.
Develop and execute fully comprehensive sourcing plans, analyzing requirements to determine target profile needs and fitment.
Research strategy for talent pooling, market mapping and competitor analysis. Organize and/or attend career fairs, assessment centers or other relevant events to increase the candidate pool size.
Ensure all job descriptions are explained and tagged with each Job roles and updated regularly (both in English & Arabic)
Collaborate closely with hiring managers throughout the recruiting process to ensure we meet their hiring needs and goals, actively engage self & line managers in diversity and inclusion hiring and Interface with BU’s training departments for all trainings required. Coach line managers, trainees and trainers solve specific training problems, either on a one-to-one basis or in groups. Help HR Business and BU’s Training centers to prepare their training programs of the Saudi employee.
Liaising between employer and employees as well as building in benefits and policies to create a healthy workplace. An another primary responsibilities include offering counseling services to employees, participating in the recruitment process, and conducting exit interviews.

Saudi Nationals Only
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
Strong interpersonal, communication and administrative skills
Minimum 5 years of experience in an Admin / HR function
Experience in GCC is a plus
Fluent in English and Arabic
Familiar with MS office applications
Thorough knowledge of Saudi labor laws.
Should be willing to visit project sites within the kingdom.
Should have influencing personality
Mix of agency and corporate recruiting experience a plus
