الوصف الوظيفي • To investigate accidents, near misses, unsafe acts and unsafe conditions • Where required work alongside the FSA Head of HSQE and other necessary stakeholders in the efficient investigation of Accidents and similar undesired events. • Ensure the recommendations from accidents, near misses, unsafe acts and unsafe conditions are effectively managed to close out • Provide statistics and reports to the Head of HSQE at their request for areas of HSE within their control. • To keep up to date with developments in the area of HSE and provide comprehensive updates as required by the Head of HSQE. • Develop Training and similar communication material and deliver / communicate as necessary • Undertake Hazard Identification and Risk Assessment Exercises as necessary • Develop comprehensive Safe Systems of Work (Method Statements and Safe Working procedures) • Be able to provide sensible control measures and advice where issues arise. • Alongside the Head of HSQE, manage Safety advisors and Safety Officers within their control and ensure the development of those individuals where ever practicable • Monitor trends with regards to potential issues in the areas of your responsibility and in conjunction with the Head of Health and Safety Manager ensure these trends are addressed. • Identify good practice in e areas of your responsibility and share these among your peers and seniors. • Represent FSA at all project based HSE meeting where necessary • In addition to HSE generally, provide input and support in the areas of Security, Logistics, Fire Safety and facilities management. المهارات • Ensure the output from Audits and Inspections are effectively actioned to close out. • To investigate accidents, near misses, unsafe acts and unsafe conditions • Where required work alongside the FSA Head of HSQE and other necessary stakeholders in the efficient investigation of Accidents and similar undesired events. • Ensure the recommendations from accidents, near misses, unsafe acts and unsafe conditions are effectively managed to close out • Provide statistics and reports to the Head of HSQE at their request for areas of HSE within their control. • To keep up to date with developments in the area of HSE and provide comprehensive updates as required by the Head of HSQE. • Develop Training and similar communication material and deliver / communicate as necessary • Undertake Hazard Identification and Risk Assessment Exercises as necessary • Develop comprehensive Safe Systems of Work (Method Statements and Safe Working procedures) • Be able to provide sensible control measures and advice where issues arise. • Alongside the Head of HSQE, manage Safety advisors and Safety Officers within their control and ensure the development of those individuals where ever practicable • Monitor trends with regards to potential issues in the areas of your responsibility and in conjunction with the Head of Health and Safety Manager ensure these trends are addressed. • Identify good practice in e areas of your responsibility and share these among your peers and seniors. • Represent FSA at all project based HSE meeting where necessary • In addition to HSE generally, provide input and support in the areas of Security, Logistics, Fire Safety and facilities management. Have very good standards of grammar and be able to produce comprehensive reports to senior management with regards to statistics and performance information. Ability to create procedures, training materials and other forms of instruction.
